Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Industry: Medical Device | Pharma | Biotech

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, improve quality and efficiency, and support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support new product introduction, equipment, and process improvements.
Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Support CAPA, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

BS/MS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
0-1 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, or FDA/ISO requirements is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
