We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit at a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient lives within a supportive and advanced medical environment.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive basic and advanced nursing care for intensive care patients, incorporating holistic approaches.
• Monitor patients and manage life-sustaining therapies, including ECMO/ECLS and CRRT.
• Assist with and manage pre- and post-procedure care for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Offer empathetic support to patients and their families during critical times and end-of-life care.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in emergency situations and resuscitation efforts.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, specialized training or experience in anesthesia and/or intensive care.
• A strong commitment to continuous professional development, with opportunities for specialized training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and strong sense of empathy.
• The ability to work flexibly within a 3-shift system.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
