Laravel Application Performance Tuning & AWS Deployment for AgriTech

We're TerraAgri Systems, an Australian AgriTech company, seeking an expert Laravel developer to optimize our core platform's performance and ensure a robust, scalable deployment on AWS.

Scope & Requirements:
I need an expert Laravel developer to conduct a deep dive into our existing application (Laravel 9/10, PHP 8.x) to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, particularly around database queries, caching, and background job processing. Following the optimization phase, you'll be responsible for configuring and deploying the improved application onto AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3), ensuring high availability and scalability for our growing user base.
