Cluster Business Head - FI & Agriculture| East Godavari

To manage Financial Inclusion and Agriculture business performance across the cluster through portfolio growth, business development, profitability management, regulatory compliance, portfolio quality monitoring, and implementation of business and operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

• Manage Agriculture and Financial Inclusion business activities across the assigned cluster and drive achievement of business, profitability, and portfolio quality objectives.
• Drive growth in Agri Lending, Commodity Finance, Government Sponsored Schemes, Program-Based Lending, Tie-up Loans, and other products within the vertical.
• Own cluster-level business performance, including topline growth, profitability, fee income, and cross-sell of liability and third-party products.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, credit losses, and NPA levels and implement corrective actions to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Agriculture Lending guidelines, Priority Sector Lending (PSL) requirements, and internal credit policies.
• Manage and monitor cluster budgets and business plans and review performance against approved targets.
• Provide leadership and support to branches within the cluster for business growth, portfolio quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, capability development, talent retention, and mentoring initiatives across the business team.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives to improve customer service, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Monitor key business, operational, and portfolio metrics and initiate corrective actions where required.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Graduation (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduation (MBA/Agriculture)
