ERP Technical Program Manager

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committees.
Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment activities.

Qualifications
10+ years of project/program management experience.
Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred
Experience in retail industry.
Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Lectra Kubix, is a plus.
