Workday HCM Functional SME

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday HCM Functional SME for a full-time employee opportunity.
Responsibilities:

• Provide functional HCM support centered on Core HCM, plus Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM for client engagements
• Take on additional Workday modules and projects as business needs require
• Pursue additional Workday certifications as needed to support client work

Requirements:

• Workday implementor certifications (client-side certifications do not qualify)
• Core HCM certification
• Certification or hands-on experience in at least some of Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting (all four are not required)
• Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications at HITL's expense
