SPA: Objective. Responsive. Trusted. #MC SPA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in San Diego. #KS Responsibilities The Integrated Master Scheduler position will coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with a program's and/or project's requirements. The ideal candidate may also perform the following duties:

• Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
• Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required.
• Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
• Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.
• Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
• Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Qualifications Required

• 10 (ten) or more years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling for DoD or Navy programs
• Master's Degree
• Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.).
• Three (3) years of experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency
• Program IMS support experience with the Navy or comparable DoD Acquisition agencies
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP)
• TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Additional Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
