Customer & Sales Support Representative

Job Description Job Description HR Additions has a client in the San Diego area seeking a Customer & Sales Support Representative to support customer service, sales operations, and order management activities. This role is responsible for tracking customer orders, coordinating with manufacturers and vendors, maintaining reports, and providing outstanding support to customers and sales representatives.

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Pay: $22-$25/hour Dependent on qualifications
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (2-3 Months) with potential for temp-to-hire for right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Track customer orders and provide status updates.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and sales representatives.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and customer records.
Support order processing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Provide responsive customer service and resolve inquiries.
Assist with general office and sales support activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, equivalent military experience, or related work experience.
1-2 years of customer service, sales support, call center, or administrative experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in hospitality, food service, distribution, or supply-related industries preferred.
Bookkeeping or invoicing experience is a plus, not required.
Must be local to the San Diego area and able to work a hybrid schedule.
