The Role • Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers in an assigned territory. • Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission. • Spend a minimum of 80% of the workday engaging with customers, independently or with Territory Managers. • Review and process all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt. • Build relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase department revenue. • Monitor fleet usage and territory management to achieve departmental goals. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. • Knowledge and experience of heavy equipment is preferred. • Background in equipment rentals is ideal. • Excellent customer relations and communication skills. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
