Copilot Platform Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services
• Manage licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and service health
• Evaluate and help implement new Copilot capabilities and releases
• Maintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures
• Manage credit allocations, controls, and monitoring

Level 3 Support / Troubleshooting

• Act as the escalation point for complex Copilot incidents and problems
• Troubleshoot issues involving:
  • Microsoft Graph grounding
  • SharePoint and Teams integrations
  • Permissions and data access
  • Agent functionality
  • Connectors and integration failures
  • Credit controls and monitoring
• Coordinate Microsoft support escalations and lead root-cause analysis
• Provide advanced solutioning to enable Copilot agent use cases

AI Governance & Service Management

• Participate in AI governance activities, capability reviews, and release readiness
• Support pilots, production releases, and lifecycle management
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and support requirements

Identity & Integration Support

• Partner with IAM/Security/Architecture on access controls and integrations
• Support connectivity across Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Validate connector configurations and enterprise integrations

Analytics & Adoption

• Monitor performance, adoption, and utilization metrics
• Support executive reporting and AI value realization initiatives
• Build/maintain dashboards and service health reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment (advanced administration, engineering, and/or Level 3 support)
• 2+ years hands-on with one or more of: cloud automation, Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise integrations
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Graph
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Power Platform
  • Copilot Studio / Copilot Chat
• Experience with ITIL-based service management practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, permissions, and cloud service integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration experience
• Copilot Studio and/or AI agent implementation experience
• Microsoft Graph integration experience
• Power Platform administration experience
• ITIL certification
• Microsoft Copilot / AI-related certifications
• Experience with Azure Foundry
