The Role

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within diverse industries.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest issues and potential risks.
• Develop and present tailored pest management solutions to commercial clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad, for sales agreements and client management.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licensing and certifications (company-sponsored).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting, and navigating confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
