The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system.
• Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in network communications and IP addressing.
• A C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
