Senior Network Engineer (Surrey)

SC CLEARANCE ELIGIBILITY IS ESSENTIAL) Senior Network Engineer Location: Surrey - 2 days on-site Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a dynamic technology team responsible for the design, support, optimisation, and ongoing development of a complex enterprise network environment.

This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks firewalls and network infrastructure, supporting business-critical services across LAN, WAN, wireless, internet connectivity, remote access, and data centre environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining network performance, availability, resilience, and security while contributing to infrastructure improvement projects and operational excellence.

Key Skills &amp; Experience Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and associated next-generation networking services.<br />Proven experience supporting and developing enterprise Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure.<br />Strong routing, switching, and network troubleshooting skills.<br />Experience managing enterprise LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, and wireless networking solutions.<br />Knowledge of Cisco Nexus switching environments.<br />Experience supporting network load balancing technologies.<br />Strong incident management and problem-solving capabilities.<br />Experience implementing and maintaining network standards, documentation, and operational procedures
