We’re looking for a senior person who is willing to coach senior people and help shape where AI technology is going. (mastercard) Experince Required: Look for 12–20+ years of overall technology experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation, instead of requiring 10 years specifically in GenAI. The ideal candidate may have a consulting, cloud-provider, enterprise architecture, or executive-education background rather than a purely software-engineering background.

Abilities Strategic thinker who can define a phased roadmap for AI adoption across the PDLC that aligns with business objectives and ties each initiative to clear value. Strong cross-functional influencer capable of bridging product, engineering, devops, security, and compliance, ensuring AI improvements are coordinated rather than siloed. Systems-oriented problem solver who can redesign workflows to fully leverage AI capabilities, not simply automate existing steps.
