Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Agile & DevOps
Deliver end-to-end business analysis across a complex enterprise ICT environment, working with business, product and technical teams to define requirements and viable solutions. This role requires full-time onsite attendance, with flexible working arrangement requests considered case by case against business requirements.

Location: QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, SA
Work Arrangement: Onsite - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Flexible working arrangement requests considered case by case.
Contract Duration: 31 October 2026 to 31 July 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: Monday, 19 October 2026

Essential Tasks
  • Map business processes and analyse business problems with business and system users.
  • Develop functional requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories and DevOps work items.
  • Analyse solution options and provide data-driven insights for decisions and cost estimates.
  • Work with product, technical and delivery teams to define viable business solutions.
Key Criteria
  • Lead business analysis experience across the full SDLC in enterprise environments.
  • Agile delivery experience producing process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria using DevOps toolsets.
  • Strong stakeholder consultation, requirements elicitation and user acceptance coordination experience.
  • Experience using SQL queries, MS Excel and/or Power BI for business analysis.

Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.
