Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer satisfaction, sales volume, gross profit, and overall department performance. This isn't a desk-management position. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop people, create customers for life, and produce measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales and gross profit goals
• Deliver a fair, transparent, and exceptional customer buying experience
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory, merchandising, and sales campaigns
• Maximize Ford factory incentives and sales programs
• Monitor salesperson productivity, CSI, and performance
• Partner with F&I, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, advertising, and dealership requirements
• Manage department expenses and report results to the General Manager

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of automotive sales / sales management experience preferred
• Previous sales management or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven track record of sales and team leadership
• Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of vehicle inventory, gross profit, and dealership operations
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
