Job Description: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 13+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 13+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.

  • Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

  • Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and prompt engineering.

  • Work on NLP, predictive analytics, and neural networks.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.

  • Develop scalable AI applications and integrate REST APIs.

  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams.

  • Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Follow best practices for AI security, model evaluation, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

  • 13+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

  • Experience with NLP and data processing techniques.

  • Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and MLOps.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and model deployment.

  • Experience deploying and maintaining production-level AI/ML applications.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
