Job Description

Global HRIS Project Manager
Salary: £75–85k per annum
Contract: 12 Month FTC
We're recruiting a Global HRIS Project Manager to lead an international workforce technology rollout for a global manufacturing organisation.
We're looking for an established Project Manager with experience delivering HRIS implementations across multiple countries. You'll take ownership of the delivery plan, budget, resources and suppliers, bringing together IT, HR, Payroll and Operations to deliver a successful rollout.
The role
You'll manage the project through planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment and transition into support. Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the integrated project plan, milestones, budget, risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinating delivery across countries and sites, balancing global standards with local requirements.
  • Managing implementation partners and holding suppliers accountable for scope, quality and delivery.
  • Overseeing HR and payroll integrations, data migration and technical readiness.
  • Leading system testing, user acceptance testing, payroll parallel runs and deployment readiness.
  • Managing cutover, contingency planning, hypercare and operational handover.
  • Providing clear reporting and securing decisions from senior stakeholders.
What you'll bring
  • Proven ownership of complex HRIS implementations across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management experience, including control of budgets, resources, suppliers and delivery commitments.
  • Experience implementing platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or UKG.
  • A practical understanding of HR processes, payroll dependencies, integrations and data migration.
  • Experience leading projects through testing, cutover, go live and transition into support.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technical specialists, country teams and external partners.
Experience in manufacturing or another environment with a large operational workforce would be particularly valuable. Knowledge of workforce management, time and attendance or scheduling would also be beneficial.
The rollout centres on UKG Pro WFM. Previous UKG or Kronos experience is welcome, although strong global HRIS implementation experience with another platform will also be considered.
You'll need to be comfortable travelling to sites and working across international time zones during key delivery stages.
