SAP FICA BRIM Consultant

NOTE : We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience on C2C, who are s (USC) or (GC) holders, and are willing to work 2 days per week onsite at any Infosys hub location across the USA.

Job description:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.
• Customize and configure SAP BRIM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance financial processes.
• Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules such as BRIM SOM, and non-SAP systems like Salesforce. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration issues.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and resolve discrepancies. Documentation and Training
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
