Core Engineering Competencies

Strong experience in:

·         Agent building

·         Backend integrations

·         Secure API architecture

·         Data pipelines

·         Telemetry

·         Custom tooling

Preferred Qualifications

·         Participation in Google GECX Bootcamp.

·         Google Cloud certifications.

·         Certifications related to:

o    Gemini CX

o    Customer Engagement Suite (CES)

o    Contact Center AI (CCAI)

o    Google Cloud Architecture

o    Google Cloud Development

·         Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a consulting or services environment.

·         Experience working in customer-facing technical roles.

Domain Experience (Preferred)

·         Telecommunications

·         Communications Service Providers (CSPs)
