Program/Project Manager - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program/Project Manager for an onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in McLean, VA. This is a 4-month contract opportunity. Pay range: $65.00-$71.00/hr W2.

Responsible for supporting the effort to design, implement, and optimize processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division. *Note, this is not a Technical PM role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes
• Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design
• Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution
• Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization

Requirements:

• 7 years of relevant experience as a business-focused program manager
• Proven experience in process development and program coordination
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present effectively to leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Desired skills:

• Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred
• Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus
