Senior ServiceNow Lead

Position: Senior ServiceNow Lead
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6-month+ contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Own configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request/Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
• Design advanced workflows, custom applications, and automations using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Architect secure REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems
• Lead CMDB data modeling, Discovery schedules, and platform governance
• Mentor junior team members and drive platform roadmap

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration
2. Expert knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
3. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Studio
4. Strong background integrating ServiceNow via REST/SOAP APIs
5. Proven experience leading platform-level initiatives and technical decision-making
6. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA + one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM/HAM, or Discovery)
• Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Intune, or Workspace ONE

Interview Process: Initial phone screening, followed by a technical interview.
