Requirements:
1. 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical Recruitment (preferred).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Hours).
5. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.

What You''ll Do:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
2. Coordinate with recruiters, sales teams, and account managers.
3. Support business development and bench sales activities.
4. Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular status updates.
