We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Van Mossel Automotive Group, based at our Poole Audi dealership.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll engage with enquiries received digitally and by phone, creating an excellent first impression of our businesses and the brands we proudly represent. Through effective qualification, appointment setting and lead management, you'll support our sales teams in converting opportunities into sales, while delivering a seamless and professional experience. As part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of one of Europe's fastest-growing automotive retail groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering a professional and positive first impression.
Respond to customer enquiries received via telephone, email, website and digital channels.
Qualify customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and customer engagement.
Arrange appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
Manage and maintain customer information accurately within internal systems.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service throughout their journey.
Work closely with sales teams to maximise appointment attendance and conversion opportunities.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards.
Proactively follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to support the sales process.
Contribute to team targets and support the continued growth and success of the business.
What you will need to be a Customer Experience Executive at Van Mossel Automotive Group:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and through digital channels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, contact centre, or automotive retail would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Hours of work will be 42.5; 5 days per week, working 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday every week. One fixed day off during the week, between Tuesday and Friday.
A uniform will be provided.
