Project Engineer

• Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning within a manufacturing facility.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contractor activities, equipment installation, and startup efforts.
• Provide technical leadership to support operational improvements, capacity expansion, and plant modernization initiatives.

• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and business case justifications for CAPEX investments.
• Coordinate engineering design, vendor selection, contractor bidding, and project planning activities.
• Ensure projects meet operational, safety, quality, and financial objectives.

Project Execution

• Manage project execution, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and risks while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Oversee contractor performance and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of Project Engineering experience with a strong track record managing CAPEX projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through implementation with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
