HR Generalist-Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support employees by handling HR-related inquiries during the transition from PeopleSoft (PS) to Oracle HCM. The role involves providing consultative HR support through phone and email, creating and resolving ServiceNow tickets, and ensuring timely follow-up on employee requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee HR inquiries via phone and email.
• Create, track, and resolve cases in ServiceNow.
• Support HR processes in PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM.
• Provide guidance on:
• Performance Management
• Employee lifecycle changes (status changes, employment updates)
• Compensation questions and policies
• Benefits and payroll deductions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service or contact center experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree (preferred, not required).
• PHR Certification (preferred, not required).
