In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering road safety regulation outcomes through business analysis, research, solution design and service transition activities.

This role will see you provide expert analysis, advice and support in the transition of business services to new or updated business solutions, conduct research and analysis, evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, and assist in documenting technical specifications while developing deep expertise in system functionality, solution design and business improvement initiatives.

You will lead practical solutions, process improvements and business outcomes in a complex environment with multiple work streams and varying levels of technical and process maturity.

Your business analysis, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills formed across business analysis, project delivery, technology, policy, regulatory or transformation-focused environments will see you excel in analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities, risks and issues, translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories, and bringing evidence-based recommendations to lead to successful business outcomes and solution implementation.

You're recognized as an analytical and solutions-focused professional, skilled at interpreting and translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories, experienced in business analysis, requirements gathering, research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution design and continuous improvement activities.
