Job Description

EKA Finance is working with a proprietary trading business looking to hire a Quant Trader into its digital-assets team.

The role is suited to someone who has worked directly with systematic or electronic trading strategies and understands how strategies behave in live markets rather than purely from a research or backtesting perspective.

The team is particularly interested in experience around:

systematic market making / liquidity provision
short-horizon trading and market microstructure
pricing, quoting and inventory management
hedging and risk management
execution quality and adverse selection
researching and improving live trading strategies
strong Python and the ability to work closely with production trading systems

Previous digital-asset experience would be highly relevant, although strong electronic trading backgrounds from other liquid markets may also be considered.

This is a hands-on trading role rather than a pure research or software-engineering position.
