The Role

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing steps within the process chain.
• Support maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Safely operate filling, cleaning, and depalletizing machinery.
• Conduct supplementary pharmaceutical measures to ensure smooth production processes.
• Generate comprehensive documentation for all production steps.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, GMP, and SGU (Safety, Health, and Environment) guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Completed scientific or technical vocational training is essential.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is required.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments and with aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to learn new technical areas.
