The Role

• Take on initial lead physician responsibilities for a psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear pathway toward full clinical leadership.
• Guide and oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Provide medical representation for the chief physician and actively contribute to departmental development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care standardisation.

What You'll Need

• A completed specialist qualification or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced or completed therapy training.
• A strong enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, therapists).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty from home in coordination with colleagues from adult wards.
• Experience or a strong interest in taking on leadership tasks, with comprehensive training provided.
