The Role • Oversee diverse highway infrastructure projects, including footpath reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, drainage, and structural repairs. • Champion and enforce a robust health and safety culture in compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations. • Interpret project documentation, drawings, and cost information according to NEC4 contract requirements. • Ensure all works meet stringent quality standards, aligning with inspection plans and specifications. • Manage and adhere to NEC4 change control procedures for early warnings and compensation events. • Actively contribute to the successful delivery of projects on live public highways. What You'll Need • HNC (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering. • Demonstrable experience managing projects under NEC contracts. • Valid NRSWA Supervisor certification. • Possession of 12D Traffic Management and SMSTS qualifications. • A full UK driving licence is essential for site-based operations. • A proactive and organised approach with a focus on safety and quality in highways infrastructure.
