We're hiring for an impact-driven community organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs and difficulties. Join our mission-driven team that focuses on providing tailored support and making a significant difference in the educational journeys of vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide maths, English, or science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in a creative and trauma-informed way.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, or MLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available).
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
