Oracle ARCS Functional Lead (US Cit to pass clearance)

We are seeking to hire an Oracle ARCS Functional Lead to join our team working on a multi-year award we have within a large Federal Gov’t agency in the Washington, DC area.  This role is 100% remote.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

Role Description: 

As the Oracle ARCS Functional Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, designing tailored ARCS workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems. You will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders throughout the reconciliation process.

To excel in this position, familiarity with Oracle ARCS modules, reconciliation best practices, and cloud-based financial tools will be highly advantageous. Experience with process automation, data mapping, and system integration will help you navigate complex environments and deliver robust solutions. Exposure to management methodologies, change management processes, and stakeholder communication strategies will further support your ability to drive successful outcomes and foster continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ARCS solutions for clients

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ARCS functional specifications

·        Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle ARCS functionalities and best practices

·        Oversee and guide project teams throughout the ARCS project lifecycle

·        Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing for end users

·        Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle ARCS

·        Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables

·        Support post-implementation activities and continuous process improvements
