The Role • Manage procurement and purchasing, including needs assessment and obtaining/comparing supplier quotes. • Handle order processing, including creating sales offers, order confirmations, and invoices, as well as managing purchase contracts. • Oversee logistics and warehousing, monitoring the supply chain, checking incoming goods, controlling inventory, and organizing deliveries. • Provide customer support by advising business clients on products, pricing, and terms, and managing customer complaints. • Manage administrative tasks, including customs formalities for foreign trade, monitoring payments, and maintaining statistics. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (or equivalent commercial qualification). • Professional experience in order processing, purchasing, or internal sales. • Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. • A self-driven, systematic, and meticulous work approach with strong customer focus. • Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a high degree of teamwork.
