Job description

Job Title: Quality Remediation Contractors | North Carolina

We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Systems Contractors to support ongoing remediation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

📍 Location: North Carolina
⏰ Hours: 40 hours/week
📅 Start: ASAP
🔎 Contract: Quality Remediation / QA

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

✅ Deviations & Investigations
✅ CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
✅ Complaint Investigations
✅ Audits & Inspections
✅ Change Controls
✅ Validation
✅ Quality Systems / QMS / eQMS
✅ Investigation backlog reduction & remediation

The site currently has a significant investigation backlog, so the ability to independently manage a high volume of Quality activities, drive investigations to closure, and maintain strong compliance and documentation standards is critical.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Quality experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong investigation and technical writing skills
• Experience working within a QMS/eQMS
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting remediation initiatives is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, Quality, or related discipline preferred
