Position: SME / Project Manager Quavo (QFD) Implementation

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months Contract position

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SME/Project Manager with approximately 10 years of experience to lead the implementation of the Quavo (QFD) dispute and fraud management platform across downstream banking systems. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z dispute processes, combined with strong project management skills to drive end-to-end implementation within a complex banking technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of the Quavo (QFD) platform, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Quavo's dispute and fraud management workflows, advising internal stakeholders and technical teams on best-practice configuration
  • Coordinate integration between Quavo and downstream/upstream systems core banking platforms, card management systems, payment processors, call center/CRM tools, and self-service channels
  • Own the functional design of dispute workflows in alignment with Regulation E (EFT/unauthorized transaction disputes) and Regulation Z (credit billing error disputes) requirements
  • Define and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and configuration decisions for the Quavo platform in partnership with compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams
  • Drive project planning, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting across the implementation lifecycle
  • Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring configured workflows meet both regulatory requirements and business needs
  • Manage stakeholder communication across business, compliance/legal, IT, and vendor (Quavo) teams throughout the project
  • Identify implementation risks/gaps related to downstream system integration and regulatory compliance, and drive mitigation plans
  • Support change management and training activities for internal teams adopting the new platform
  • Ensure post-go-live stabilization, defect resolution, and smooth transition to BAU operations
