Overview: The Fiberglass Technician performs various skills on varying items.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Hand laminating, working a chopper gun, and rolling out fiberglass materials.
Vacuum forms and bonds plastics such as ABS, kydex, polycarb and plex_
Ability to grind fiberglass With power hand tools both In shop and on Rides.
Removing and repairing various materials and surfaces. Such as, install various seatbelts and change out upholstery.
Fabricating pans from polyester resin and urethane foam.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications: Lush Handmade Cosmetics Lush Handmade Cosmetics Internal Job Board Innodata Inc. IonQ Clera
Ability to prepare a pattern and pull a tool or a part
Ability to assemble and install fabricated pans.
Basic knowledge of plastic materials, adhesive and fasteners.
Four-year experience in fiberglass assembly and polyester resin hand laminating _
Good mechanical skills
Position requires full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Level 1: Applies general skills and some experience
Level 2: Applies skills and special knowledge with typically 3+ years of experience
Level 3: Applies full specialized skills and knowledge with 5+ years of experience
