Role:1 Line IT Support (6-8 weeks)

Location: Oxford (Remote)

Salary: £150PD - £160PD

My client is looking for a 1 Line IT Support Engineer to support them with on going project work that will last 6-8 weeks.

We are looking for a 1 Line IT Support Engineer to support users through Windows workstation migrations. This is a customer-focused role where you'll guide users over the phone, helping them through each stage of the migration process and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting:

• Authentication failures
• VPN issues
• Office activation
• Teams sign-in
• Outlook profile issues
• Group Policy delays
• Temporary profiles

Required

• Desktop Support
• Windows enterprise environments
• Active Directory administration
• Microsoft 365 support
• Remote support experience
• PowerShell familiarity
• VPN troubleshooting
