We're recruiting for an Junior IT Support Engineer to join a well-established, growing IT services provider supporting schools across Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a varied, customer-facing role with excellent training and career development.

The Role

You'll provide onsite and remote IT support to local primary schools, helping to maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of IT systems. From installing hardware and configuring networks to resolving technical issues, no two days are the same.

You'll typically visit schools during term time, with larger projects and installations taking place during school holidays.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for IT and technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, organised approach to problem solving
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking and PC hardware
• Previous IT support experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
