Manager - India Finance Team

We are hiring for the position of Manager (GL- Accounting).

Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timing: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Job Description: Job Title: Manager (GL- Accounting)

Overall, Purpose of the job

• MBA in finance or CA inter with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in month end close, account reconciliations, Tax submissions, audit.
• Microsoft D365/Oracle/SAP working experience preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical with the ability of problem solving and be detailed oriented.
• Team handling experience would be required.
• Ability to collaborate with various levels of the organization and work together as a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral skills, to communicate comfortably with team members in the US and UK.

Responsibilities:

• Managing team which takes care of Global finance accounting and reconciliations.
• Leading month/quarter/annual close across finance function
• Prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account reconciliations and supporting schedules for a variety of international entities in multiple currencies.
• Manage the Cost in Profit and loss.
• Help in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.
• Assist in the different types of Audits and Tax submissions.
• Investigate discrepancies and prepare recommendations for resolution.
• Discover and recommend continuous improvement within the account reconciliation process including inputs and outputs.
• Prepare and record general ledger journal entries as well as review the entries of others.
• Prepare financial reports as needed for statutory, banking, investment, and audit purposes.
• Ensure deliverables are performed efficiently and are of high quality, timely and accurate.
• Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
