OCM Lead SAP Retail

Location: 100% Remote
Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead with strong SAP Retail experience to lead organizational change initiatives for an SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP Retail implementations.
Develop and execute change, communication, and training strategies.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive user adoption.
Assess change impacts and manage stakeholder engagement.
Support SAP Retail transformation and rollout initiatives.

Must Have:

Strong OCM / Change Management experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Retail.
Experience supporting SAP transformation/implementation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
