We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead with strong SAP Retail experience to lead organizational change initiatives for an SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP Retail implementations.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and training strategies.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive user adoption.
• Assess change impacts and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Support SAP Retail transformation and rollout initiatives.

Must Have:

• Strong OCM / Change Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Retail.
• Experience supporting SAP transformation/implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
