Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Greensburg, PA The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for transforming marketing strategies into concrete campaigns and initiatives. Combining administrative support with creative execution. Typical tasks include assisting with content creation, conducting basic research, managing social media posts, maintaining databases, and collaborating to ensure brand consistency. Job Duties Seek and provide information to help the company determine its position in the marketplace.

Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Design and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, social media content, and website copy.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and distribution channels. Requirements Bachelor"s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, photo and web editing packages.
