Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Be responsible for supporting the flawless running of one of the hotel’s most acclaimed institutions and delivering an exceptional experience that Rocco Forte is known for.

• Have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning our extensive tea menu and sharing this with all of our guests.

• Thrive in delivering world-class hospitality and creating lasting memories for all our guests.

• Cooperate well with colleagues in your team and across departments

• Perform all aspects of our afternoon tea service, ensuring the highest standards of guest care and attention

• Tailor your approach so that high-quality results are achieved

• Deliver discreet, understated, and timely service, going the extra mile

The expected salary package of a Team Member is £33,364 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
