Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Residential

North London

£500 per day CIS

Long-Term Contract


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading residential developer on a flagship mixed-use regeneration scheme in North London.


The development comprises of multiple RC frame residential blocks, with the structural frame and external façade packages well progressed.


Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the delivery of the project through the next phase of construction, managing a site team.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of a large RC frame residential development.
  • Leading, mentoring and coordinating a team of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.
  • Chairing progress meetings with specialist subcontractors and driving programme performance.
  • Monitoring health & safety, quality and programme across all work packages.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Providing regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to the highest quality standards.


The successful candidate will have:


  • A proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale RC frame residential developments.
  • Previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractor.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality, programme and health & safety.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
