Key Responsibilities

• Utilize recruitment tools and resources to source potential candidates.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
• Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle from job creation through offer.
• Build strong partnerships with department heads and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2 years of related HR experience in interviewing and employment law.
• Strong sourcing experience in any industry.
• Experience with recruitment technology and tools.
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
