Recruiter

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and contribute to high-impact staffing solutions. Responsibilities

• Source and recruit engineering, IT, and professional talent through multiple channels
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client requirements
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with account managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate and job data within ATS/CRM systems
• Meet or exceed hiring, placement, and quality-of-hire metrics
