The Role

• Performing vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Taking on operational management responsibilities, including technical oversight, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Providing excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Handling invoicing, customer funds, and managing incoming orders.
• Implementing quality assurance measures, conducting inventory, and ensuring audit-compliant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, with a preference for experienced mechanics or mechatronics professionals.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess operational management certification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), strong German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks and PC use.
• A strong customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently.
