Experience - 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical point of contact for Adobe Experience Cloud Business Consultants and Architects, managing technical delivery for Adobe clients across different domains.
  • Develop and implement Adobe Target campaigns for website optimisation and personalisation, including requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, offer coding, campaign creation, metrics, audience segmentation and quality checks.
  • Support UI development for client websites as required for personalisation.
  • Recommend technical best practices for optimising and personalising digital assets across web, tablet and mobile platforms.
  • Drive coding standards, reusable processes and templates to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage delivery priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with Adobe consultants, client teams and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead personalisation projects, mentor team members and drive innovation in personalisation solutions.
  • Implement Adobe Target across web, mobile and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage tests, campaigns, audiences and measurement parameters.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall industry experience, preferably in Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Target.
  • Experience with Adobe Target implementation using Adobe Launch or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Target Web SDK.
  • Experience with backend/server-side deployments using SDKs in Java/.NET.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target APIs.
  • Strong JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML and Web Services/API experience.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX, Mobile SDK, dynamic web development, personalisation and web analytics.
  • Experience with React or Angular is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Chrome profiling, Lighthouse and cross-browser testing tools.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Adobe Target Architect Certification is an added advantage.
