The Role

• Proactively engages with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and opportunities through needs-based assessments.
• Offers tailored financial solutions including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business services.
• Provides guidance on digital self-serve options to enhance customer convenience.
• Supports customer transaction needs and actively builds new community relationships.
• Analyzes and resolves customer inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Makes credit recommendations for personal lending, including home financing, adhering to sound credit granting principles.

What You'll Need

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive for personalized customer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
• Confident in using social media, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
