Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Sr. Human Resources Transformation Consultant for a senior-level consulting opportunity focused on helping mid-to-large organizations modernize HR strategy, operations and technology through AI, automation and data-driven transformation. This is a client-facing consulting and commercial role requiring extensive external HR transformation consulting experience, large-scale program management expertise, deep HR domain knowledge, and a proven ability to generate new client opportunities and lead consulting engagements from business development through delivery.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Human Resources Transformation Consultant leads HR transformation engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation and data-driven approaches to accelerate value, improve decision-making and modernize HR functions and operations. The consultant will develop client relationships, generate new business, design transformation solutions, lead complex client engagements, manage project economics, mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives. COMPENSATION

• $91,000-$225,000

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In Business, Information Systems, HR Management, Organizational Psychology Or Similar Field

REQUIRED

• Minimum 8 Years Of External Consulting Experience Delivering HR Transformation Projects For Mid-To-Large Organizations

REQUIRED

• At Least 10 Years Of Program Management Experience On Large-Scale, Multi-Stream Projects

REQUIRED

• Proven Track Record Generating New Client Opportunities And Driving Revenue Growth Through HR Transformation Engagements

REQUIRED

• Experience Leading The End-To-End Consulting Sales Cycle Including Lead Generation, Proposal / SOW Development, Contract Negotiation And Deal Closure

REQUIRED

• Deep HR Domain Expertise

• Strong Content Knowledge In At Least 3 Of The Following: AI Enablement, HR Strategy, HR Technology, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Operating Models, Process Redesign And Employee Experience
